According to legend, a great king constructed this Palace in the sky after a power struggle and patricide, seeking a fortress impenetrable to his avenging brother. The site is home to water gardens, stone staircases, and advanced hydraulic systems that point to a society well ahead of its time. However, the city was abandoned soon after the king's death and reclaimed by nature.
